Social Distancing

We look forward to welcoming you back to The Three Horseshoes and thank you for your patience in these far from normal times.

Thankfully our wonderful view is still the same!

We are doing all we can to make things safe for everyone, customers and staff alike, so if you feel at all unwell with any COVID symptoms please do not come to the pub.

Please call 01730 825746.

We will be taking bookings for food at the garden tables from 09:00 on Wednesday 1st July.

Make up of tables is at present maximum of 6 from any number of households or gatherings from two households only. We will be adhering to Government guidelines and ask that you please do the same.

No need for drinkers to book. We cannot promise seating so you are welcome to bring your own and respect social distancing.

As you arrive

Please park considerately and go to the blackboard sign at the end of the path.   Please follow the written instructions and listen to our “Host” member of staff who will be there to help.

We ask that you sanitise your hands before entering the pub.

Social distancing is still paramount and if possible please keep 2 metres apart.

If you have a booking for lunch/supper choose a table (first come first served).

The menu will be on a blackboard outside, please remember your table number and know what your guests/family/friends want to drink and eat before entering the bar. Only one person from each group to queue and enter the bar. We will be operating a ‘One out, One in’ policy.

Order and Pay at the bar as usual. We will only allow two people in at any one time and will require names, phone numbers and addresses for each adult member of your group for the track and trace scheme.  This information will be destroyed in line with Government guidelines which is currently 21 days after your visit.

Service of food

As always your food will be delivered to the table, whilst respecting social distancing as best we can.

Contactless preferred, our limit is £45. Apple Pay and Google Pay no limit. We will also accept cash if necessary.

We are very happy for children to be here but please supervise them at all times.   The garden is not a playground and absolutely no ball games.   Please respect other customers and those bringing children must take full responsibility to ensure that they comply with social distancing.

Please sanitise your hands before and after using the toilets.  Currently it is just the outside toilets in use.

A regular cleaning regime will be in place for your safety.  Please supervise children using the toilets.
